- Convert BMI numeric values to category labels (Underweight/Normal/Overweight/Obese) - Change BMI display title from 'centile' to 'range' for clarity - Add PHYSICAL EXAMINATION field filtering support in get_case_review() - Enable 50% randomization of BMI visibility per case assignment This allows proper randomization of BMI field visibility in Round 3 case assignments, matching the existing BACKGROUND field filtering behavior.
